This one is a commentary about the state of humanity and its place in the world at large. The cockroach represents what's perceived to be tenacity - something that earns it disdain, much as weeds often do. Each panel is an era of the cockroach declaring its ongoing survival, until the last panel which depicts an uncertain time that wavers.
The fact that the cockroach is dead and it's a human who now speaks on its behalf portrays humans as the more invasive and tenacious species of the two.
